Removed blur from choosers and Design element.

Password protected the photo picker. If a password is set you cannot change wallpapers from the lockscreen. This is to hide your photos from prying eyes. You can turn passcode off, or set a wallpaper from settings.

Updated music controls for themes with Music widgets. It's not perfect yet, but play, forward, and back work. Showing the track title and artist work as well.

Compressed weather icons for faster loading.
