All bugs fixed (all my fault - TCcentex.. I did not have the file paths set up correctly) -- now the icon and custom weather images work even without the main 1derful HD paid theme installed.

fixed icon frame issue - to utilize custom weather grahics you must use in conjunction with the full 1derful theme
