Install iBlank.<br /> 2. Create a few blank icons and place four of your favorite apps on the first page and place the Phone icon into the dock (Music icon for the iPod Touch).<br /> 3. The fist two icons need to be blanks, the third needs to be the app icon, and then the fourth needs to be a blank (please see the sample located in the setup folder or go to <a href="http://www.redfivedesigns.com/affinity/setup.png">HERE</a>)<br /> 3.
