Updated the slider lock screen, added custom borders for all icons, and touch up some minor gliches.

Updated the lock screen slider to have the grenade with a deeper green that matched the theme better, and worked out a couple of flaws.

Updated lockscreen, battery, SMS background, badges and page indicators. Check out the screenshots!

Future updates will include wallpaper and icons.
