Assorted Color Navigation Bars, works on every model of the iPod Touch or iPhone, any firmware version, and any jailbreak. Contains both standard definition and retina display nav bars.

I wanted to do this for a long time but couldn't find any packages to do so, and I couldn't find a way to do it online. I eventually figured it out through trial and error and decided to post it on Cydia for everyone that shared my thoughts.
