It is animated lockscreen...be sure to install 'Lockscreen Clock Hide' to hide the clock and date at lock screen.

Default hour system is am/pm. If you want to change 24 hour format,browse the theme(using iFile for iPhone or iFunBox for PC) in Private folder, change file name from "hoursystem_activate.js" to "hoursystem_activate_12.js". And then change
"hoursystem_activate_24.js" to "hoursystem_activate.js". After that respring.

This Lockscreen tested on iPhone 4S, iPhone 4 on ios 5.0.1...
