Made the theme work!

Apologies to anyone who downloaded the last update only to find the theme stopped working, this should sort it out for you.

Now includes files to remove the 'Slide to unlock ' text in the unlock bar.

To undo these changes, simply SSH of iFile into your devices theme folder, open the BulletBillSlider theme folder and delete the foler 'Folders'
