This is not a complete theme. This is more of a theme enhancement. I recommend using this with "Dead Space HD" by Caboose1408, which is really awesome!

This is an SD/HD compatible theme tested on iTouch 4G ios 5.0.1, which adds the following:

-Dead Space Sound Effects
-Custom Lockscreen Battery
-Lockscreen Wallpaper
-Springboard Wallpaper

I also recommend using my Iconoclasm layout titled "2 Curved Columns" and my BytaFont port "Alien Extended" which can both be found on Cydia.

If you want to know EXACTLY how to put together the theme that I use personally:
(1) Install "iNitsua Z Twilight 3volution" theme by k.nitsua, and use the included "Blue Icons Mod" (2) Insert the Loading Screens and Icon Badges from "Dead Space HD" by Caboose1408. (3) Install Dead Space Plus *duh!* (4) Install BytaFont app, and "Alien Extended Font" (5) Install Iconoclasm, and "2 Curved Columns" layout (6) Edit the .plist file in "iNitsua Z Twilight 3volution" to change the LS clock color to Yellow, or change it using the app "Springtomize"
