This is an animated bootlogo that was taken straight from the Droid X2 dump posted on AndroidCentral.com (Big thanks!)
You will need to be on at least iOS 4.2.1 and jailbroken with either Greenpois0n RC6+, Redsn0w, Sn0wbreeze, or PwnageTool in order for this to work, and you will need to install the package titled "animate" from the BigBoss repo.
