Updated icon file names of many icons to allow them to be themed properly

Changed dependency to iconOmatic tweak to a "recommends" of the tweak. This way ios6 users can uninstall iconOmatic and not lose the theme. If you're on ios7, do not remove iconOmatic - the theme requires the tweak to display as designed.
