Updated icon file names of many icons to allow them to be themed properly

- Changed some icons and added about 15 new icons

Lots of new icons, new and improved jellylock theme, added biteSMS theme (see instructions inside folder), added UI elements, new classic dock option

Changed dependency to iconOmatic tweak to a "recommends" of the tweak. This way ios6 users can uninstall iconOmatic and not lose the theme. If you're on ios7, do not remove iconOmatic - the theme requires the tweak to display as designed.
