Restores missing iPod 4 FaceTime settings (now located in General settings page due to a problem with the way Settings handles certain changes). Percentage Battery is now located inside General settings page rather than Usage. 4.2.1 users will get the Unified iPod settings rather than the separate Music and Videos pages.
