You must have purchased my main theme Firefighter HD to get this add-on. It is a Maltese Cross that floats back and forth on your home screen. Use Winterboard to activate and place it above the Firefighter HD theme. It has only been tested on iPhone 4 running 5.0.1 firmware (AT&T and Sprint)
