Reworked package (3rd time), if this doesn't work I will just remove the BootLogo from Cydia, as apparently I am too stupid to figure out how to correctly package the "theme" for distribution.

Fixed (hopefully) .zip file structure to show placement of BootLogo in the BootLogo list. Changed file names of PNGs to the single digit from double. Previous version wouldn't show in BootLogo list, when SSH'd to Logos, it would preview, but not play upon booting your iPhone.
This BootLogo was created for the iPhone 4.
