A fix to let you set bright wallpapers!

The problem: you set a new wallpaper, but after looking at the springboard, you change your mind. The wallpaper is too bright and doesn't contrast well with the App icon labels making them harder to read.

The solution: This package adds a semi-transparent background to your icon labels making them readable over virtually any wallpaper!
