1.2: Fixed the icon issues with iOS 4.2.1, added volume and AirPlay images for the app switcher and deleted the images for the content in the status bar (Battery % etc. looks pixelated on a retina device)

Added 15+ jailbreak app icons and added the missing Apple standard icons for the theme.
