Initial Lockinfo theme and SBSettings can be installed through separate Cydia packages

Currently working on hundreds of icons, UI, password pad, calculator and ipod skins and a new Lockscreen.

The uniqueness, look & feel which make this theme unique means that no icons can be autocreated and need to be custom made. I will be submitting regular updates to include all icons requested.
