Tired of "Clear Icon" themes not working for your iPhone 4? I put together one that utilizes the set wallpaper function of the phone. App Store icons are auto-themed. I have included the .png files and instructions to get rid of the "Wallpaper Shadow" if you know how to use SSH. Any Icons that don't theme use ThemeIconMaker from Cydia.
