-Created "iWeather" icon set. This is now the default for the widget.

- Added Black versions of the stylesheets for better compatibility with light colored wallpapers

- Added Top Row versions of the modes to put the widget on the first row of icons instead of the fourth

- Adjustments throughout the HTML and CSS

- You no longer need to "swap" the iWeather3 and iWeather6 Wallpaper.html versions to change modes
