To change the weather location just SSH (using iFile on your iDevice or desktop ssh program,) into- var/stash/themes/LS MistView and open LockBackground.html in text view. Scroll a tiny bit down until you see the weather configure settings. Replace the numbers in- var locale = "53202" to your zip code.
