Corrected theme structure.

The new version of the lockscreen checks online (my server) for upcoming episodes. If no connection can be made, LockBackground.html refers back to the locally stored ShowData.js file. In order to use the local version, the user does not need to upgrade to version 1.1. However, the archive does includes the offline version, that only checks the locally stored file. In case the user choose to upgrade and wants to use the lockscreen in OFFLINE mode only, he/she should rename the file LockBackground.html and manually update the ShowData.js file regularly. The latest showdate.js file can be always downloaded from my website at http://chi-chi.is-a-geek.com/lost.
