Added support for settings, Siri, and share sheet icons! They look really slick when used with Eclipse/Nightmode.

Tweaked the signal bars and added a new wifi indicator based on the one in OS X Yosemite.

Status bar icons now included as a separate theme.

Added support for a few new 3rd party apps and fixed bugs with a few existing icons.

iPhone 6+ support is next on my to-do list. I don't own a 6+ and will need a few @3x graphics to build the template. If you can help with this, please email me.
