<p>This simple tweak adds a brightness slider, a wifi toggle, a location toggle, and an airplane toggle all to your Media Controls on the lock screen. Simply activate it by double tapping the home button on the lock screen, just like you access the Media Controls, and the UI fades in smoothly just above the slider. You can configure which toggles are visible and you can enable and disable the fading animation all through the Settings app.
