Added icons for the telephone app and general UI, so the slider does not appear underneath the buttons at the bottom of the screen.

Changed way slider looks under 4.3 due to the new way the slider and associated images are treated by the update.

Updated 3.x files to their proper path destination

Updated both packages so when user receives a BiteSMS message, it shows the arrow in the slider

Now iOS 3.x and 4.x compatible
