Slightly changed Wallpaper 2 (in the wallpaper folder of the main Neurotech [HD] Theme folder)

Added an extra folder in said (above) wallpaper folder for alpha masks. Overlay these images on top of your own pictures or patterns to make your own Neurotech wallpapers.
