I know that 2.0 didn't actually get uploaded by MMI, so I'm acting like 2.1 is a change so that it hopefully DOES get uploaded this time.

Added every section button rather than just the home section.
Added missing package icons.
Added the default images (in /Defaults as to not make it look odd.)
Added com.saurik.Cydia.plist alongside the Bundles folder. Best used with the default images.
