This is a mod for Opaque if you just want to use the regular iPhone icon layout. There's also a version included for the 5x5 and 5x4 layout.
To get this working, place it above Opaque in WinterBoard, check it, and uncheck the Opaque Widgets.theme folder. Then just respring
