Added a custom Lock screen and Wallpaper. (Thanks Tim Wood!) This feature is still in beta, so It may be somewhat "on-and-off".

This change may not work. But if it does, it will add 3 options to Winterboard for different sounds. Thanks for your understanding about the 1.2.0 update, this will hopefully do what that last one was supposed to.

Reverted back to the old version, because ModMyi uploaded the previous version incorrectly, causing the theme not to work.

Made the theme into 3 separate themes, that all have different lock phrases.

Changed the lock sound to the turret "Goodbye" phrase.
