Portal themed status bar wifi icon.
Tested and working on iOS 5.0.1 (iPhone 4s). Probably not working on iOS4.
Features:
* Same blue color as original wifi icon (when status bar is grey)
* Grey icon when status bar is black

Apply the theme with winterboard and respring.

Known issues: does not show while inside cydia app.
