HTML Lockscreen to go with my upcoming theme - "Quing"

After installation use iFile/SSH and navigate to Library/Themes/Quing_Lockscreen.theme/UserOptions and edit UserConfig.js to change the weather location and much more.

Everything in this theme is custom made, even the weather images, so please ask if you wish to use anything.
