This is a simple theme just for your Wifi (for use with winterboard). it changes the normal Wifi signals to a few different Sharingans. The Wifi signal strength images are as follows:
Max strength: Sasuke's Mangenkyo Sharingan
Medium strength: Madara's Sharingan
Weak Strength: Kakashi's Sharingan
