Fixes sync time issue for 12h mode users.

This update fixes the sync time issue you may have encountered once locked your device.

Let you change time format to 12h by simply renaming "LockBackground_12h.html" to "LockBackground.html".

Let you change the date format from year/month/day to day/month/year by editing "var Change_Date_Format = false;" to "var Change_Date_Format = true;" in the html file
