Install Springjumps from cydia and set up pages 0-4 and Title them, Home, Media, Games, Apps, Tools. Make 5 blanks, one for each page. After each blank put 3 icons that correspond to the page titles eg. Tap Tap on Page 2 - Games And Safari on Page 0 - Home. Make 3 categories - Games, Apps, Tools and sort the rest of the icons into them. Put the Categories on the corresponding page at the end of the 3 icons. Use the screen shots as a reference to set up.</p>
