Final version for Sonic Character Theme 1.9. New Features:
Icons could be the same, but may have more quality to it for 1/2/3 generation devices. Note that this not for 4th and 5th generation devices. My screenshot on the first one looked funny on the lock background because I tested it on a iPod 4G and less quality on it as well for the icons. Use Sonic Character Theme HD for 4th and 5th generation devices. May require WinterBoard.
