Added background support.

Removed all time and date images so that they load faster. This now uses CSS3 and native iPhone fonts.

Version 1.6 was not appearing on Cydia for some reason. This is the same binary version, but just updating to 1.7 too see if the data loads correctly

This version is the minimum required version to support the customization APP. Several changes:

1. increased loading speed by only doing 1 call for weather.

2. changed the config file to weather.txt for app support.

3. removed "unlock" image and replaced with text for localization support.

Added unit.txt support and support for upcoming configuration app.

Added international support (this is rudimentary support). You can also now use city names in addition to zip codes. City names must be in quotes.
