Boost up the volume on your iDevice. After installation
you have to go into Winterboard and activate it like a theme.

The maximum volume of your iDevice should be louder than normal then.

It doesn't give you something to adjust or an app icon nor changes anything visible on your iDevice. But you are able to make the sound alot louder.

This tweak does not work with FW 3.1.x!
