is the theme winterboard WAVE HD;-)

I therefore propose the presentation with great pleasure .. You need more tweak and application for its smooth functioning as: Lockscreenclockhide, gridlock, thèmeicônemaker, springtomize2, colorkeyboard ....

lokscreen: background theme and widget time, date and weather.
springboard: time and date widget, weather
sms: background theme and conversation bubble colorkeyboard Bousolle, clock, weather, system UI ... ;-)

Enabling this theme is compatible with iPhone 4-4S 4G ipodtouche often the result via winterboard ios5 :-)

You can change the weather via ifile from cydia to install for those who are following pas.Par open ifile then var-> stash-> theme ..... -> WAVEHD theme-> then click Wallpaper.html and change the line var entered your local city;-)
