Added animated weather backgrounds (the new widget is called WB liveweather

With my ninja coding skills, I trimmed it down from 55 mb to 6 mb, now it downloads way faster!

Added a customizable background that you can change the size of to match exactly what you need, and the weather widgets now all offer the option to change the icon style

Added a widget called "WB Background Customizable" that allows you to define the background dimensions to make any size you want, also added the ability to change the icons to all the weather widgets

The backgrounds now give an option to change the color rather than having separate widgets for each color, added blue and green colors.

The touch forecast widgets no longer cover up icons when they are closed (making them unclickable even though nothing is on them), also added background options to touch forecasts.
