<p>This is a simple WinterBoard theme that replaces the stock NotificationCenter with a new Microsoft Windows themed one.</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>NOTE:</strong></span> If the main NotificationCenter background image doesn't show, try applying the "iPad-iP5 fix" in winterboard; also make sure the "fix" file is ABOVE the main theme.</p>
