<p>After WhatsApp updates a while ago, this feature disappeared, meaning it forces you to download media to your phone. "Save Incoming Media" is not the same as "Auto Download". "Save Incoming Media" let you choose if you want it download to camera roll, "Auto Download" let you choose if you want that media to get downloaded to your phone at first place. </p>
