Added support for commands.

Removed dependency for SBSettings. This tweak can also be used from Activator.

FakeBadges has been rewritten and is now much easier to use! No more complicated commands. Now, all you have to do is toggle it on using SBSettings, change all the badges you want, then toggle it off.
