ShowFlash brings the ability to show the ScreenShot Flash when an action is done. For example, "show flash when I kill an app from the switcher".
It's completely configurable using Settings. I'll add more actions soon. (NOTE: It will not actually take a screenshot, but will only show the screenshot flash) It's a crazy/stupid tweak, please don't complain about it being so. It's free. Requires iOS5+
