<p>Siri already has a hidden built-in feature, A Statusbar. Apple has disabled it by default. This tweak simply gives you an option to Enable/Disable it using Settings. If you swipe the status bar from Right to left, then you will see a built in command input text box. This tweak is free, and is created for the ones who 'want' or 'need' it.
