<p style="text-align: justify;">Since Apple significantly changed the stock weather app by changing the source from Yahoo to Weather.com, it left us only one option, and that was to rewrite WW for iOS 8! Since a rewrite was on the table, we decided to pull out all the options that we wished we had and ones that were requested by some users. Please download Instruction / Operating manual below.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">So once again we approached SDDev and asked him if he was interested in making our new vision come to life, and this time we got “Sure, why not!” for an answer!</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">As with the previous version, it supports iPhone, iPad and iPod touch running iOS 8.X. We are still using the stock weather app and the built in location services to gather more than twice the amount of data than WW1. We have several new features that I’m sure you will enjoy. No longer do you need to ever know a WoeID or a zip code or your actual coordinates. If you don’t like to have your location services constantly monitoring your position, then it’s as easy as selecting the “Fixed” position and pressing the “Update from current position” and BANG! Your coordinates are automatically stored for you! It will now update your weather info based on the stored location at the time interval that you have set!</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Worried about battery, but still want to have constant GPS monitoring? No worries, as we now have 2 GPS modes to pick from. The original “Standard” mode is the most accurate and will allow you to tweak the accuracy by setting a “Distance Filter” and your “Desired Accuracy”. While the “Significant Change” option allows you to save on some battery it doesn’t have any options and will update solely on if your position has changed significantly.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">We also have the ability to create 5 additional XML files that can be set to specific locations that you frequently visit. This gives the option to allow for viewing data from several places at once!</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">But with all this new info and new options, how do I know how to access any of this information? Don’t worry, we got you covered! We have included an amazing new Base widget that was created by the master of widgets Dacal! The included Base widget accesses all the data with touch functions for additional locations as well as an amazing amount of data.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Looking for a quick way to access some WW2 features? I heard someone ask for a couple of Activator options. Well no problem! Now you can set one to force a refresh or to open the WW2 settings pane. Of course you will need to install the Activator tweak, but that is purely your choice. I hope this extra feature makes your widget experience complete!</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">The only known conflicts are with Lockinfo and the Forecast tweak. The forecast tweak will be removed with the installation of WW2.
