Apline is finely crafted theme using subtle style to accent beautiful iconorgaphy. Alpine includes 79 icons for all stock iOS 7 app (except Calendar and Newsstand) and pleanty of 3rd party apps. Icon sizes include all iPhone retina sizes for each icon, including notification and spotlight icons as well as home screen icon sizes.

If you would like to request a new icon, then email me (malstrommark@gmail.com) with the app's BundleID name, icon image file names, and corrosponding sizes (wxh) and I will make the new icon and update the theme as soon as I get a chance.
