This patch needs Cydia tweak Flex2 (purchase).

This will not fully colorize the status in apps etc.

This cant be done as for now.

There is also a workaround with 2 free tweaks but these havent been upgraded in ios9.

Note: Other tweaks like Eclipse bugs the satusbar colors from Buuf.
