This package contain multiple iconomatic frames for each set of icons that Desire have to use this make sure you have bought Desire icons ios7 then install iconomatic tweak to go to settings - iconomatic an check if you have set the overlay option on, then go to winterboard and select the frame corespondent to the set you use also make sure that all this frame are on top of every package of Desire on your winterboard.
