It's a new extended version for a dynamic SpringBoard. The next "Out-of-the-Box" theme includes transparent layers to use with each wallpaper. There will be mods to activate separately.

To use this theme you need iBlank or Gridlock.

The theme includes the psd for icons and the GUI. Feel free to mod the theme. A setup file is included too.
