This is a IOS 7 Winterboard theme that changes all default IOS 7 Apps and some Cydia only App's Icons to a Japanese styled theme. The theme makes the Apps have their name on it in Japanese with the Japanese flag as the background. It also comes with a custom Japanese Slider and Japanese "Slide to Unlock" and "Slide to power Off" text.
