Lockscreen and Springboard theme. Icons pictured are from iceApple theme by FrenchiTouch. They are not included with this package, but any icons will work;)

Everything else is created with LockBuilder and LBEvo Springboard.

Tweaks needed LockBuilder, LBEvo Springboard, SBHTML and iconoclasm.

How to setup. Download this theme, go to LockBuilder swipe left select load, then choose tranquil. Lockscreen done.

To setup springboard make sure you have SBHTML, iconoclasm, and LBEvo Springboard installed.

With the tranquil theme selected in LBEvo and LBEvo selected in SBHTML settings, press save to html. The lockscreen will now transfer to the springboard and will stay on the lockscreen aswell.

Setup Iconoclasm: Go to iconoclasm and select the lbevo.plist. Go to LockBuilder and select iconoclasm, press load. Select Tranquil. Then save to LBEvo.plist.

Device will respring and the Plist will be saved to the springboard layout.

Once you have lbevo.plist selected in iconoclasm you can design any icon layout for the springboard by using the iconoclasm button inside LockBuilder Evo.
